Oven-roasted vegetables with potatoes

Ingredients to make Oven Roasted Vegetables with Potatoes:

  • 4 potatoes or potatoes
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • olive oil
  • salted
  • ground pepper
  • parsley leaf
  • Dressing
  • Laurel
  • rosemary leaf

How to make Oven Roasted Vegetables with Potatoes:

  1. We wash and peel the vegetables. We put them in a baking dish.
  2. We put olive oil on the roast.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add some bay leaves, rosemary, oregano and parsley.
  4. We take the vegetables to the oven with potatoes previously preheated to 180 ºC for 45 minutes.
  5. This is how the roasted vegetables turned out.
