- Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready
- In a refractory pan, place the pepper in the oven at 250 degrees C, for 15 minutes until it is roasted, immediately place it in a plastic bag, close it and wait for it to cool, carefully remove the skin and cut into thin strips.
- In a pan with plenty of olive oil, cook the finely chopped garlic over very low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the pepper and mix very well, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
