Original Neapolitan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients to make Original Neapolitan Pizza:

  • For the masses:
  • 350 gr. of flour
  • 15 gr. dissolved yeast in a glass of lukewarm water
  • a nut of lard
  • For the pizza:
  • 50 gr. of anchovy fillets
  • 100 gr. diced Mozzarella cheese
  • 300 gr. peeled and crushed tomatoes
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • olive oil

How to make Original Neapolitan Pizza:

  1. Prepare the dough with its ingredients.
  2. Let the pasta rise in a warm place for 2 and 1/2 hours. Then extend it on the floured board and shape it into a 1/2 cm disk.
  3. Thick and 35 cm. diameter.
  4. Moisten it with a thread of olive oil and spread it with the lard.
  5. Place the ingredients for the pizza on the dough; add salt, pepper and a good pinch of oregano and a few drops of oil.
  6. Cook it in a very hot oven, for about 15 minutes.
