Ingredients to make Original Hake Biscay style:
- 4 slices of hack
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 fleshy red pepper
- 2 ripe tomatoes

- Pepper
How to make Original Hake Biscay style:
- Sauté the onion, pepper and garlic, all chopped, in a casserole with olive oil.
- When we see it well poached, we add the tomato and season with salt and pepper. We let it simmer.
- When it is at its point, we crush everything very well, we pass it through the strainer, and we throw it back into the casserole and add the white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- We put the slices of hake, cover and let everything be done together for 5 minutes. We serve.
