Original cream punch

Ingredients to make Original Cream Punch:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk 315g
  • 1 can of condensed milk 186g
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 cans of skimmed milk (the same as evaporated milk)
  • 1/2 cup of rum

How to make Original Cream Punch:

  1. Beat the egg yolks in a blender for 3 minutes, then add the sugar, vanilla and nutmeg and beat for another 1 1/2 minutes and set aside.
  2. Put the evaporated, condensed and skimmed milk on the fire, and move constantly. When it starts to boil, add the egg yolk mixture and continue stirring for 4 minutes.
  3. After 4 minutes, remove from heat, pour the rum, let it cool and strain it before entering the fridge.
