Ingredients to make Original Cream Punch:
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 cans of evaporated milk 315g
- 1 can of condensed milk 186g
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cans of skimmed milk (the same as evaporated milk)
- 1/2 cup of rum
How to make Original Cream Punch:
- Beat the egg yolks in a blender for 3 minutes, then add the sugar, vanilla and nutmeg and beat for another 1 1/2 minutes and set aside.
- Put the evaporated, condensed and skimmed milk on the fire, and move constantly. When it starts to boil, add the egg yolk mixture and continue stirring for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, remove from heat, pour the rum, let it cool and strain it before entering the fridge.
