Original Caesar Salad Recipe

The original Caesar salad is one of the most popular salads in the world. Normally, we think that the Caesar salad contains chicken, but on the contrary, the traditional Caesar salad does not contain grilled chicken, and is named after the name of its inventor, César Cardin. In this recipe we are going to teach you how to make an original Caesar salad in a quick and easy way.

Ingredients to make Original Caesar Salad:

For the salad:

  • 200 grams of Lettuce
  • 200 grams of arugula
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 30 grams of sliced ​​bread
  • 30 grams of Parmesan cheese

For the homemade Caesar sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 units of anchovies (optional)
  • ⅓ cup of olive oil
  • ½ unit of Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

How to make Original Caesar Salad:

To prepare this recipe, the first thing you have to do is wash and dry the lettuce and arugula leaves, and put them in a salad bowl, chopping them with your hands. Then tells the sliced ​​bread to make the croutons or croutons.

Tip: You can remove the crust from the sliced ​​bread if you don’t like it.

Crush the garlic clove in a mortar with a little salt and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix it a little, strain the oil and put a little more oil in a frying pan.
