Ingredients to make Orange Trout:
- 4 units trout
- 100 gr. almond
- 2 units orange juice
- salted
- 2 clove garlic
- 100 gr. bread crumbs
- oil
- Pepper
How to make Orange Trout:
- Water the bottom of the oven plate with a jet of oil. Place the trout, once cleaned and seasoned, on the plate. Finely chop two cloves of garlic and spread them over the trout. Next, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped almonds.
- Then spray them with the orange juice and, finally, water them with a splash of oil. Put the plate in the hot oven at 170ºC for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and serve by sprinkling the trout with its own juice, which will have been released on the plate. As an ornament, an orange cut into a saw tooth will be perfect.
