Ingredients to make orange tenderloin with mustard:
- – Pork loin strip in a single piece or in two.
- – mustard
- – 1 medium onion
- – 1 tablespoon flour (optional)
- – the juice of a large orange
- – 1 glass of white wine
- – 1 glass of water
- – chopped parsley
- – virgin olive oil
- – Salt
How to make orange loin with mustard:
- We spread the meat with salt and mustard on all sides.
- We put oil in the pot and brown the meat well, turning it so that it is uniform. When it’s ready, move it away and keep it on a plate.
- In the same oil (if there is a lot, remove it and leave it just to cover the bottom) brown the chopped onion. Then put the flour, if you are going to put it, and give it a few turns. Gradually add the wine, water and orange juice and stir a few times.
- The meat is then added and put in the ultra-rapid cooker for 10-15 minutes, or about 35-40 in the normal pressure cooker.
- Once we open the pot we check that the meat is tender, we take it out and set it aside. Blend the sauce with a blender and strain it.
- To serve, cut the warm meat into slices and serve the hot sauce in a sauce boat.
