Ingredients to make Spaghetti with orange:
- 300 grams of Spaghetti
- 1 glass of Brandy
- 1 teaspoon of Butter
- 150 grams of Bacon or bacon
- 1 unit of white onion
- 500 milliliters of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Spaghetti with orange:
- Our first step to make the recipe is to prepare the spaghetti ingredients in orange sauce.
- Cook the spaghetti in the traditional way with boiling water and salt. So that they are al dente, do not forget to check the manufacturer’s instructions.
- To make the orange sauce, in a deep pot add the butter and add the finely chopped bacon.
- Brown with a little salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste. Add the finely chopped onion so that it browns with the bacon fat.
