  • 80 grams of unsalted butter
  • 5 units of pitted black olives
  • 5 units of Capers
  • 1 pinch of dried thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Olive Butter:

Before making the flavored butter, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a bowl, mix very well, the butter in the form of ointment with the olives, the finally cut capers and the thyme.
