Octopus Paella Recipe

Ingredients to make Paella with octopus:

  • a kilo of octopuses
  • three cloves of garlic
  • two crushed tomatoes
  • 250g of young garlic
  • 500 rice
  • a few strands of saffron

How to make Paella with octopus:

  1. Sauté the octopuses when they are done, add the young garlic, the tomato and the garlic cloves, sauté everything well,
  2. add the rice, sauté it a little and add the saffron, add 1 and a half of water and salt to taste, keep it on the heat for 20 minutes.
