- 100 grams of oat flakes
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 liter of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Tomato Oatmeal Meatballs:
- Before making this vegan recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- To make the meatballs, take a bowl and mix the oat flakes with the garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Add a splash of water little by little and mix very well until diluting the oat flakes.
- Tip: Do not add a lot of water, just the necessary amount, more or less 80 ml.
- Continuing with the vegan meatballs, add the wheat flour and mix very well until you have a smooth dough that can be handled with your hands.
- Make medium balls and in oil at medium temperature, fry the oatmeal balls for eight minutes.
