We teach you how to prepare a nutritious salad with assorted cereals. It is a perfect dish for lunch and compatible with balanced diets. Take note of the steps and get to work.
Ingredients to make Nutritious Cereal Salad:
- 150 grams of six types of mixed cereals
- ½ liter of water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 grams of canons
- 1 piece of apple
- 2 pinches of ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon of herb salt
- 2 tablespoons of fruit vinegar
- 200 grams of fresh cheese
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon of seed oil
- 2 tablespoons of yeast flakes
How to make Nutritious Grain Salad:
The first thing to do is soak the beans for 10 hours. We recommend doing this step the night before.
The next day, we cook the grains in salted water and with the pot covered for an hour over low heat. If you think you need to add more water, add more.
Once cooked, let them cool in the same pot so that they finish puffing up. Separately, we wash the lamb’s lettuce, cut the roots and let them drain well. Ideally, cut them into large pieces, but you can chop them however you want.
Cut the apple into cubes and bathe it with lemon juice. Separately, we prepare a dressing by mixing maple syrup or honey, salt, pepper and fresh cheese.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add the previous dressing. Lastly, sprinkle the yeast flakes. Clever! We already have the nutritious cereal salad ready to eat.
