Ingredients to make Noodles with Seafood:
- Fat noodles (360/400 gr)
- 1 Italian green pepper, fried tomato
- ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
- fresh mussels, prawns, fresh squid
- 1 fish stock cube, brandy, food coloring, mint and 5 garlic cloves.
How to make Noodles with Seafood:
- Peel and chop the garlic and green pepper.
- Cook the mussels.
- Clean the squid by turning it over like a sock.
- Sauté the pepper and garlic over medium heat.
- Peel the prawns and cook the shells in 1 liter of water. Strain the water from the shrimp shells.
- Chop 2 squid.
- We put the squid in the sautéed peppers, sweet paprika, a little bit of fried tomato, a splash of brandy, the peeled prawns, fish stock cube and ½ teaspoon of coloring, trying to spread it as much as possible to avoid lumps (give a couple of turns between ingredients), and cook it in the water used to cook the shrimp shells until it boils.
- Add the noodles and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, also adding the cooked mussels and filling with hot water if necessary.
