Noodles with Seafood Recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with Seafood:

  • Fat noodles (360/400 gr)
  • 1 Italian green pepper, fried tomato
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • fresh mussels, prawns, fresh squid
  • 1 fish stock cube, brandy, food coloring, mint and 5 garlic cloves.

How to make Noodles with Seafood:

  1. Peel and chop the garlic and green pepper.
  2.  Cook the mussels.
  3. Clean the squid by turning it over like a sock.
  4. Sauté the pepper and garlic over medium heat.
  5. Peel the prawns and cook the shells in 1 liter of water. Strain the water from the shrimp shells.
  6. Chop 2 squid.
  7. We put the squid in the sautéed peppers, sweet paprika, a little bit of fried tomato, a splash of brandy, the peeled prawns, fish stock cube and ½ teaspoon of coloring, trying to spread it as much as possible to avoid lumps (give a couple of turns between ingredients), and cook it in the water used to cook the shrimp shells until it boils.
  8. Add the noodles and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, also adding the cooked mussels and filling with hot water if necessary.
  9. Eleven on the plate
