Noodles with salmon sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with Salmon Sauce:

  • 200 g egg tagliatelle
  • 2 slices of salmon
  • 200 ml liquid cream (milk cream)
  • 50 g leek
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 fish brother tablet
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

How to make noodles with salmon sauce:

  1. In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the minced garlic and the leek.
  2.  When it starts to take color, add the finely chopped salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the liquid cream and dilland stir well.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the salmon sauce begins to bubble, and then remove from heat.
