  • ½ can of tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 chili
  • 1 jet of Oil

How to make Noodles with mushrooms and sausage:

  1. Here we have the ingredients for this fideuá with mushrooms.
  2. You can use the variants of mushrooms that you prefer; the ones in the photo are a combination that are sold dry, and that must be hydrated by soaking them for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a large saucepan, heat a good jet of oil and first fry the onion and green pepper, both cut into julienne strips.
  4. When the vegetables begin to be tender, add the sausage and the chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and add a chili.
  5. We let the whole cook and are impregnated with flavors for about five minutes.
  6. Then add the tomato sauce, stir and leave it for a few more minutes over medium heat.
  7. Now add the noodles, stir a little and immediately add the meat broth, which has to cover the pasta so that the fideuá with vegetables and mushrooms is perfect.
  8. When the broth starts to boil, lower the heat a little and leave it for the time indicated by the brand of pasta (about 12 or 13 minutes).
  9. As time passes, if necessary we can add a little water if the pasta has already drunk the entire brother, but try to heat it beforehand so as not to break the cooking.
  10. After the cooking time of the pasta has passed, the noodles with mushrooms and sausagewill have this fantastic appearance and will be crying out for you to sit at the table with a spoon. Accompany it with a glass of good red wine and enjoy… It’s a weekend meal, right?
