Noodles with Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with Meatballs:

  • 1 pinch of Seasonings
  • ½ kilogram of long noodles
  • ¼ kilogram of ground beef
  • 2 units of Bread soaked in milk
  • 1 unit of egg yolk
  • 20 grams of Margarine
  • 1 unit of chopped onion
  • ½ kilogram of peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 package of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of Flour (140 grams)
  • 1 cup of Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste

How to make Noodles with Meatballs:

  1. Boil the noodles in plenty of salted water.
  2. After draining them, add a tablespoon of margarine so they don’t stick.
  3. This is the way to prepare the meatballs; Squeeze the bread soaked in milk over the ground meat and mix this compound with the yolk and the chopped parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. With this dough, which should be consistent, form balls, which are the meatballs, pass through flour and then fry them in very hot oil.
  5. For the tomato sauce; Brown the chopped onion in the margarine, to which you will add a little oil.
  6. Then add the tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. If it is very dry, you add a little water.
  8. When the sauce is cooked add the meatballs, letting thm cook for a few minutes.
  9. And finally, serve the noodles, put a meatball in the center, and bathe all this with the tomato sauce.
