Noodles with cottage cheese recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with cottage cheese:

  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 5 teaspoons of white pepper
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 grams of noodles

How to make Noodles with cottage cheese:

  1. The cottage cheese is worked in a previously heated deep plate, crushed with a fork, adding the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper until it has the texture of a fine cream.
  2. Cook the noodles for about 20 minutes in plenty of water with a pinch of salt.
  3. Once cooked, pour over the sauce, mix well and garnish with mint.
  4. It is served hot.
