Ingredients to make Noodles with cottage cheese:
- 1 tablespoon skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 5 teaspoons of white pepper
- 250 grams of cottage cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 grams of noodles
How to make Noodles with cottage cheese:
- The cottage cheese is worked in a previously heated deep plate, crushed with a fork, adding the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper until it has the texture of a fine cream.
- Cook the noodles for about 20 minutes in plenty of water with a pinch of salt.
- Once cooked, pour over the sauce, mix well and garnish with mint.
- It is served hot.
