Noodles with chicken and mushrooms recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms:

  • 500 gr. of noodles
  • 200 gr. chicken breast
  • 200 gr. of mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of chicken broth
  • 100 ml. milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 100 gr. Great Captain cheese
  • Water
  • extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanca
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Parsley

How to make Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms:

  1. Boil the noodles in a pot with plenty of water with a little salt and a drizzle of oil.
  2. Drain, refresh with water and reserve.
  3. Clean the mushrooms slice them and brown them in a pan with oil and the garlic cloves.
  4. Cut the brisket into thin strips.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and add to the pan along with the mushrooms.
  6. Add some chopped parsley.
  7. Once cooked, remove them to a plate and reserve.
  8. In the same pan, add the flour, cook it briefly and add the broth and milk, stirring constantly.
  9. Once the cream is made, add the noodles, the mushrooms, the chicken strips and mix well.
  10. Arrange everything in a bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and gratin in the oven for 3 minutes.
  11. It serves.
