- ½ kilogram of fresh egg noodles
- 200 grams of Gorgonzola cheese
- 200 grams of milk cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Butter
How to make Noodles with Cheese Sauce:
- Bring plenty of water to a boil with salt and a splash of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
- Add the noodles and cook “al dente”.
- Meanwhile, season the heavy cream with salt and pepper, heat it up, add the grated cheese with the coarsest part of the grater, and continue stirring over low heat until the cheese is melted.
- Strain the noodles, pour them into a bowl and mix them with a piece of butter, cover them with the cheese sauce and serve piping hot.
