Noodles with avocado recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado Noodles:

  • 350 grams of pasta
  • 2 avocados or paltas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 spring onion
  • 200 ccs of liquid cream
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

How to make Avocado Noodles:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water with a little butter.
  2. When it is done, drain and wash.
  3. It reserves.
  4. Take the avocados and extract the pulp and put it in a bowl.
  5. Crush it with a fork until it forms dough, add the very finely chopped garlic, the finely chopped chives, and add the oil and liquid cream.
  6. Mix everything very well and add it on top of the pasta, already cooked, mixing everything well.
