Noodles recipe with minced meat and tomato

Not all tomato sauces with meat are Bolognese sauce, although that name tends to be given to all pasta dishes that are accompanied by a sauce with minced meat. For this reason, we want to correctly name this recipe for noodles with minced meat and fried tomato that we show you below

Ingredients to make Noodles with minced meat and tomato:

  • 80 g of egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 150g of beef and pork
  • salted
  • 1 onion
  • Oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 tin of Solis fried tomato

How to make Noodles with minced meat and tomato:

  1. Put the noodles in a pot to boil for 10 minuteswith a bay leaf and salt. Once cooked put them to drain and reserve.
  2. Sauté the ground meat with the finely chopped onion and a pinch of salt in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. When the meat is done and the onion is sautéed, add the fried tomatoand cook the sauce with minced meat for another 10 minutes.
  4. You mix everything with the pasta and ready to serve the noodles with tomato and minced meat.
