Ingredients to make Noodle Flan:
- 3 cups noodles (measured after cooking)
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can of evaporated milk
- 1 bell pepper cooked and in strips
- 175 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons melted margarine
- 150 grams of tuna in oil in pieces
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 400 ccs of béchamel sauce not very thick
How to make Noodle Flan:
- Mix the eggs in a bowl; add the milk, pepper, Parmesan cheese, margarine, tuna, salt, pepper and noodles.
- Mix well and pour into greased Pyrex.
- Bake until golden.
- Remove and cover with the béchamel sauce.
- Sprinkle with a good Parmesan and bake for au gratin.
