Noodle Flan Recipe

Ingredients to make Noodle Flan:

  • 3 cups noodles (measured after cooking)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can of evaporated milk
  • 1 bell pepper cooked and in strips
  • 175 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 150 grams of tuna in oil in pieces
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 400 ccs of béchamel sauce not very thick

How to make Noodle Flan:

  1. Mix the eggs in a bowl; add the milk, pepper, Parmesan cheese, margarine, tuna, salt, pepper and noodles.
  2. Mix well and pour into greased Pyrex.
  3. Bake until golden.
  4. Remove and cover with the béchamel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with a good Parmesan and bake for au gratin.
