  • 4 Monkfish slices
  • 300 grams of Clams
  • 300 grams of fresh prawns
  • 1 small glass of dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams of fat noodles
  • 2 glasses of fish broth

How to make Beef and Seafood Noodle Casserole:

  1. We begin the preparation of the noodles in the mixed casserole, heating oil in a pot to fry the ribs.
  2. When they are golden on all sides, remove from the pot and reserve.
  3. In the same oil, make the base saucewith finely chopped garlic and onion.
