A good orange cake without an oven prepared with natural orange juice that is delicious due to its freshness and is not heavy at all. A simple recipe that we have to prepare in advance or from one day to the next so that the orange cake without an oven has the ideal texture.

Ingredients to make orange cake without oven:

  • 500 milliliters of orange juice
  • 400 milliliters of whipping cream (2 cups)
  • 350 grams of condensed milk
  • 10 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 jar of liquid caramel
  • 1 unit of orange or tangerine to decorate

How to make Orange Cake without oven:

  1. We prepare the ingredients to make our no-bake orange and caramel cake.
  2. We put the gelatin sheets in a container with water for 5 minutes or the time that the manufacturer sends.
  3. Squeeze the oranges until obtaining 500 ml of juice.
  4. In a small pot or saucepan we put the juice, cream and condensed milk. Put it on low heatand stir until hot.
  5. When the previous mixture is hot, add the perfectly drained gelatin sheets and stir with a pastry tongue or wooden spoon until they dissolve. We remove from the fire.
  6. In a mold where we want to make the orange and jelly cake we put the liquid caramel distributed evenly.
  7. If you prefer, you can make the liquid caramel recipe yourself at home instead of buying it already made.
  8. Add the no-bake orange tart cream and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 5-6 hours so that it sets well, or even better overnight.
  9. When serving, we put the orange cake without an oven in a dish and accompany it with an orange or a tangerine on top, for example.
