Like many other garlic recipes, to prepare them you will need few ingredients, the only thing that cannot be missing is garlic and parsley. Follow our steps and discover how to make wild mushrooms with garlic easily and quickly.

Ingredients to make Níscalos al ajillo:

• 400 grams of chanterelles

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 1 sprig of parsley

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Níscalos al ajillo:

Clean the chanterelles with kitchen paper and, if they are dirty, moisten the paper, but avoid wetting the chanterelles. If they are very large, chop them, and if you see that they have deteriorated pieces, cut them and remove them. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Wash the sprig of parsley and chop.

Put the tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and heat. Add the chanterelles and give them a few turns with a wooden spoon while you let them cook for a minute.

Add the garlic and chopped parsley. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Stir from time to time while you let them cook for 2 minutes. If the chanterelles are whole or the pieces are very large, they will take a few more minutes to cook. Serve the chanterelles with garlic right away.
