Place three large pieces of ice in a cocktail shaker or cocktail shaker. If you don’t have one, you can use two cups that fit together or any drink container that fits snugly.
Add all the ingredients except the orange. Then shake vigorously for a few minutes, the idea is that the liquids are mixed and also that they drink cold.
Serve the negroni cocktail in a short glass, without the pieces of ice that remain in the cocktail shaker and decorate with the orange peel.
