Neapolitan Risotto Recipe

Ingredients to make Neapolitan Risotto:

  • 250 gr arborio rice
  • 600 ml vegetable broth
  • 3 unit tomatoes
  • 1/2 unit white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 gr parmesan cheese
  • 15 g butter
  • olive oil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Neapolitan Risotto:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic finely, cook over low heat in olive oil until the onion is translucent, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blend the tomato with a little salt, strain and reserve.
  4. Add tomato juice and rice to pot, mix for 1 minute.
  5. Add the broth little by little and mix until the rice is al dente, rectify the flavor with salt.
  6. Finally add the cheese and cold butter to shine, mix.
  7. Serve and cover with Parmesan cheese.
