Neapolitan pizza with anchovy’s recipe

Ingredients to make Neapolitan Pizza with anchovies:

  • 2 pizza base discs
  • 4 ripe tomatoes or tomato sauce
  • 14 canned anchovies and their oil
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • a pinch of oregano
  • black olives
  • fried green pepper strips
  • salted

How to make Neapolitan Pizza with anchovies:

  1. Chop the tomato and spread it on the pizza bases.
  2. Then sprinkle with oregano and salt.
  3. Distribute the olives, the drained anchovies and the cheese.
  4. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the oil from the anchovies.
  5. Bake the pizzas over high heat, at about 180º for 25 minutes or so.
  6. Before serving, garnish with the fried green pepper strips.
