Neapolitan Calzone Recipe

How to make Neapolitan Calzone:

  1. Start by preparing the dough for the calzoneas you would traditional pizza dough.
  2. Form a bun and leave it to rest in a bowl covered with a clean cloth.
  3. On the other hand, in a bowl, mix the ricotta with the mozzarella, the tomato, the chopped sausage, the Parmesan cheese and an egg.
