  • 30 gr of sugar.
  • 200 ml of water.

Process

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice. Strain it and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel the apples and remove the core. Then roughly chop them.
  3. Place all the ingredients in the blender except the water. Blend everything and add the water gradually until you get the desired consistency.
