Ingredients to make my tripe stew:
- 1 triple kilo
- 1 onion
- 4 potatoes
- 5 carrots
- 500c of tomato puree
- or natural tomatoes
- Salt
- laurel
- Garlic
- parsley
- ground chili
- peppers
- 1 can of butter beans
- 1 can of chickpeas
How to make my tripe stew:
- Degrease the tripe and cut it into strips, cook in water and salt, until it is almost ready (soft).
- On the other hand we fry the onion and add the tomatoes, to this we put the tripe, potatoes, carrots and season with salt, ground chili and paprika, bay leaf and when the vegetables are almost ready add the beans and chickpeas and for last the parsley and garlic finely chopped. It’s ready.
- This stew from one day to the next is much more flavorful.
