Ingredients to make fish fillet with mustard:

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pinch of Garlic and onion seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

How to make mustard fish fillet:

  1. To make this grilled fish fillet recipe you can use any type of white fish. When you have it and gather the rest of the ingredients we start cooking, then bathe the fillet in mustard , covering well everywhere.
  2. Season the fish to taste with salt, onion and garlic. Also finely chop the garlic clove and spread it on both sides of the fillet. Finish by sprinkling a pinch of pepper.
  3. If you cook with a lot of garlic, we recommend you prepare garlic paste and leave it in the fridge, so you will always have crushed natural garlic to season your dishes.
  4. To finish the seasoning of our fish fillet with mustard, what we will do is spread it with balsamic vinegar, it will be enough to add a lid, it is important that you do not go overboard with the amount of vinegar.
  5. Spread well on all sides and if you have time, reserve for about 10 minutes so that the fish absorbs all the flavors well.
  6. To finish, heat a frying pan with a few drops of oil and cook the grilled fish fillets until browned on both sides. With about two minutes of cooking per side will be enough.
  7. Now you can enjoy these delicious fish fillets with balsamic mustard, you will see that they are delicious. As a garnish I leave it to your choice, you can make some cornmeal buns or a little white rice. Good appetite!
