It is a healthy and low-calorie dish that does not involve any difficulty in preparing it. Ingredients to make Mushrooms with garlic and white wine:

• 500 grams of mushrooms

• 1 head of garlic

• 1 glass of white wine

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of black pepper

• 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

How to make White Wine Garlic Mushrooms:

We wash the mushrooms well and cut them into slices to start preparing the recipe for sautéed mushrooms with garlic. Apart, we separate, peel all the garlic cloves and cut them into thick slices. Brown the garlic in a frying pan with a splash of hot olive oil, be careful not to burn them!

Add the sliced mushrooms, mix well, sauté for about 5-7 minutes and add the wine. Cover and let cook. Stir from time to time and, if necessary because the wine has evaporated and the mushrooms are not yet soft, add a splash of water and continue cooking. When they are almost done, add salt and ground pepper to taste, stir well, let cook a few more minutes, and that’s it! We can now enjoy this recipe for mushrooms with garlic and wine with the dish that we like the most, such as a piece of tortilla with red and green peppers.
