- 3 large mushroom unit
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 slices of ham
- 100g parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 30g butter

How to make Ham and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms:
1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
2.In a pan with butter, add the onion and finely chopped garlic, add a pinch of salt and cook over low heat, covered, until the onion is soft and transparent.
3.Once it is ready, add the ham chopped into small cubes, and raise the heat and sauté until golden brown.
4.Remove the stems from the mushrooms to be able to stuff them, finely chop the stems, add them to the pan and cook for a few minutes until golden brown, add half the Parmesan cheese and mix. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
5.Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and cover with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
