  • 300 grams of Mushrooms
  • 120 milliliters of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 handful of dried thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to make Light Baked Mushrooms:

1.To start making our recipe for light baked mushrooms, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. Ideally, in this recipe, use a low-sodium soy sauce that does not contain more than 150 mg of sodium in total. Also, remember that garlic paste is a preparation of crushed garlic with oil that you can make at home.

2.Cut the mushrooms into slices.
