- 1 jet of olive oil

We prepare the ingredients for mushrooms with tomato. The onion is optional, but the result will not be the same. You can also make tomato sauce at home following the instructions in this recipe. The mushrooms, we have bought them already laminated. Cut the onion into julienne strips and poach it in a frying pan with a little oil. Then add the mushrooms and let them fry together over medium heat for at least five minutes.
To make the mushrooms in tomato sauce, all you have to do is add the tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper and stir well, while leaving it to fry long enough for the liquid from the tomato sauce to evaporate.
