- 100 grams of butter
- 1 glass of red wine
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Mushrooms in red wine:
1.To start making our mushrooms in red wine, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. If you want to give this dish a special touch, we recommend using rosemary flavored butter.
2.In a bowl add the mushrooms and the wheat flour, what the flour is going to do is stick to the dirt that the mushrooms contain and when you wash them they will be completely clean.
3.Wash the mushrooms and remove all the wheat flour. Drain well.
