How to make mushrooms in green sauce step by step:
Cut the mushrooms into slices, washing them well beforehand. We put the tomatoes and chili in water to boil to start preparing the green sauce. Separately, toast the garlic and onion on a piece of aluminum foil. In a frying pan, put oil and add the mushrooms to sauté them.
