- 150 grams of Mushrooms
- 20 grams of fresh coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ onion
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 150 milliliters of chicken broth
- 30 grams of Butter
- Oil
- 1 packet of salt and pepper
How to make mushrooms in green sauce:
1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. You can use whole mushrooms or if you prefer, present a dish of sliced mushrooms in sauce by buying the mushrooms already filleted.
2.To make the green sauce, melt the butter with a little oil and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Cook over low heat and with the pan covered until the onion is soft.
3.Then add the flour and continue cooking for two more minutes, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming or the flour from burning.
