Mushrooms in cream sauce recipe

However, thanks to frozen and preserved mushrooms, we can enjoy these delicacies, which are also low in calories, throughout the year without having to wait until the end of summer. This time we learn to prepare a delicious dish of mushrooms in cream sauce with chicken that will delight whoever tries it.

Ingredients to make Mushrooms in cream sauce:

  • 750 grams of assorted mushrooms
  • 250 grams of Mushrooms
  • 200 grams of cooked chicken breast
  • 200 milliliters of cream to cook
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of ground garlic
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika

How to make Mushrooms in cream sauce:

We begin this recipe for mushrooms and mushrooms in cream sauce by washing and cleaning the mushrooms, and if they are very large, we cut them into smaller pieces. We also wash and cut the mushrooms into slices. In a large frying pan, put a splash of extra virgin olive oil and when it is hot, add the mushrooms. Stir frequently for about ten minutes.
