Mushrooms Bordelaise Recipe

Ingredients to make Bordelaise Mushrooms:

For 4 people:

  • 1000 gr. of clean mushrooms cut into pieces, if they are small they can be put whole
  • Oil
  • 8 sofritos with their green part cut in julienne
  • 2 minced garlic
  • the juice of a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • A bit of breadcrumbs.

How to make Bordelaise Mushrooms:

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, brown them. Remove a little oil and put the garlic and the fried.

When they are almost soft, add the parsley, lemon juice and a little breadcrumbs. Let cook a little more.
