Ingredients to make Bordelaise Mushrooms:
For 4 people:
- 1000 gr. of clean mushrooms cut into pieces, if they are small they can be put whole
- Oil
- 8 sofritos with their green part cut in julienne
- 2 minced garlic
- the juice of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- A bit of breadcrumbs.
How to make Bordelaise Mushrooms:
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, brown them. Remove a little oil and put the garlic and the fried.
When they are almost soft, add the parsley, lemon juice and a little breadcrumbs. Let cook a little more.
