Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Mushroom Soup:

  • 500 grams of washed mushrooms
  • 1 branch of Apazote
  • 4 units of Tomato
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 unit of Chicken or vegetable concentrate

How to make Mushroom Soup:

  1. Grind the tomato, onion and garlic in a blender with a little water and a little salt. Then, this mixture is fried with oil to season.
  2. Separately, fry the mushrooms with a little oil until they soften. Add the tomato broth and season with salt, pepper and the chicken broth.
  3. Then, add water and chopped epazote. Let everything boil together and serve the mushroom soup hot with a few lemon slices.
