Mushroom Risotto with Parmesan Recipe

  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 mushrooms (minimum)
  • 150 grams of Rice
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 small glass of white wine
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make Parmesan Mushroom Risotto:

  1. To make this mushroom risotto we start by chopping the onion and mushrooms finely.
  2. We are going to cook everything in the same pan, so it must be of a considerable size.
  3. Then, cook the onion and mushroom over medium heat with a little olive oil and salt, keep cooking until they are golden brown and the onion is poached.
  4. Separately, in another pot, heat the chicken broth over low heat without letting it boil.

  7. Then we recover the first pan and empty the uncooked rice into it.

  9. We keep cooking over medium heat and pour the hot broth into the rice pan, as much broth as is necessary so that the rice is covered.
  10. Once his amount of broth is consumed, we repeat this step again.
