Mushroom pate recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make Mushroom Pate with Thermomix:

  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 kilogram of mushrooms
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper or oregano
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour

How to make Mushroom Pate with Thermomix:

Chop the mushroom and onion. Sauté in the thermo mix at 100º with speed 4. The time depends on how you like it.

When the mushroom is almost done add the flour and give it a few turns so that it cooks well for a few minutes.

When finished add the garlic and parsley cut very finely together with the pepper. Put a few seconds on speed 3 ½ or 4.

Let cool and ready. Keep in mind that pâtés always taste better the day after they have been prepared, as is the case with this delicious mushroom pâté with thermo mix.
