This is a simple and very rich recipe.

The pasta with mushrooms that we shares is a quick dish, full of flavor and ideal to take to the office if we have to stay for lunch at work. Likewise, it is perfect for those people who follow a vegetarian diet or prefer lighter recipes without neglecting the flavor. Keep reading!

Ingredients to make Mushroom Paste:

  • 100 grams of Mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 package of Pasta mustaches
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of soy sauce
  1. How to make Mushroom Pasta:
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slicesand put them in a pan with olive oil, garlic and soy sauce. We skip and book.
  3. Prepare the pastafollowing the instructions on the package.
  4. The best is mustaches, but any other type can be used.
  5. Then we strain it and sauté everything in the pan or wok.
  6. We serve the pasta to the mushroomand add chopped basil to taste.
  7. Grated cheese can also be added if desired.
