Mushroom Milanese Recipe

Ingredients to make Mushroom Milanese:

  • CURLY LETTUCE
  • CHERRY TOMATOES
  • EGGS
  • PARSLEY
  • GARLIC
  • SALT
  • BREAD CRUMBS
  • MUSHROOMS

How to make Mushroom Milanese:

1.The champignons (white mushrooms) are gently peeled, the feet are removed (which can then be used in a stew or scrambled eggs) they are submerged in beaten egg with salt, chopped parsley and a little or chopped garlic, passed from one by one by breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides. Then they are placed on a bed of curly lettuce and cherry tomatoes around it (green and black olives can be placed too) and all the mushrooms ready to be savored.
