Ingredients to make Lasagna with mushrooms, ham and spinach:
- 18 spinach leaves
- 1/4 kilo of ricotta cheese
- Half a glass of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 250 grams of chopped ham
- 350 grams of chopped mushrooms
- 1 can of tomato of 1/2 kilo
- 1 and a half cups of tomato puree
- basil
- 1/4 kilo of lasagna sheets
- grated parmesan
How to make Lasagna with mushrooms, ham and spinach:
- Cut the spinach into pieces and cook. Drain and season with the ricotta and cheddar.
- Fry the onion and garlic, then add the mushrooms and ham and lastly the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree.
- Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens. Add a pinch of basil.
- Arrange lasagna sheets on the bottom of the oven tray extend half of the spinach.
- Cover with sheets Extend half of the ham mixture and put a new layer Repeat the above.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, cover the tray and bake at 180c for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until lasagna is tender.
