Mushroom Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients to make Mushroom Cocktail:

  • 1 can of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 3 units of Tomatoes
  • 1 unit of medium onion
  • Green chilies to taste
  • 5 sprigs of coriander
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • Ketchup
  • 1 package of crackers

How to make Mushroom Cocktail:

Reserve half of the liquid from the canned mushrooms. Then, drain the mushrooms a little and place them in a deep container. Separately, chop the Temuco, the onion, the chili and the previously washed and disinfected cilantro.

Add the chopped ingredients to the container where you have the mushrooms and add the lemon juice, oil, soy sauce and to taste, keeping in mind that the soy sauce is already salty.

Mix the ingredients of the cocktail and let it rest for an hour so that all the flavors are well impregnated. When serving, add pieces of avocado and a little ketchup to each mushroom ceviche. It can be accompanied with crackers or banana slices.

Tip: This cocktail can be prepared with natural mushrooms but should be consumed immediately, as they darken.
