Mushroom cannelloni recipe

  • 10-12 sheets of lasagna.
  • 300 grams of mushrooms.
  • 150 grams of cubed turkey breast.
  • 80 grams of finely cut long or green onion.
  • 500 ml of béchamel sauce.
  • Garlic paste.

  1. To start making our mushroom cannelloni recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Take our turkey to a bowl and add soy sauce, pepper and garlic to taste. Mix and marinate in the fridge or refrigerator.
  3. Cook the lasagna sheets and reserve to make our mushroom cannelloni.
  4. Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and fry the mushrooms together with the green or long onion.
  5. Once the mushrooms and onion have been fried, add the turkey squares and fry for a few more minutes until the desired cooking finish is obtained. Turn off the heat.
